For complicated repairs that our specialists can’t address in-office, we may need to send your hearing aids back to the manufacturer for factory service. However, we never leave you without proper hearing devices. While your hearing aids are at the manufacturer, our clinic will provide you with a pair of loaners. That way, you can continue to hear your best without interruption.
